All products sold by Toronto Pool Supplies carry a manufacturer’s warranty, they are NOT manufactured by Toronto Pool Supplies and therefore products are covered only by the Manufacturer’s warranties and subject to their terms. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied by Toronto Pool Supplies. If you believe that you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information package with your products. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Toronto Pool Supplies expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, damage, or cost (including labor) of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item sold. In no event shall Toronto Pool Supplies or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), and strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.
Products purchased through torontopoolsupplies.ca are expected to be installed by a professional pool service technician. Any attempt to install pool equipment by anyone who is not a qualified pool technician shall immediately void warranty on the purchased product. In case of return or warranty claim proof of installation by a certified technician (invoice or receipt from a pool service company) may be required along with your claim in order for return or warranty to be processed.
Certain products are eligible for return within 15 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Please email us at info@torontopoolsupplies.ca with your order number and the reason you need to return the item(s). Please allow 48 hours for us to contact you regarding the return. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, you are also responsible for the cost of shipping your return item(s) back to us.
GOOD CONDITION: All returns must be in their original state have all the pieces, warranty cards and manuals with them and deemed to be unused.
NOTE: All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
RECEIVING A REFUND: Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Condition, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days. Your return will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping & handling charges). PayPal payments will be credited to your PayPal account.
NOTE: Items that are final sale and are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable are labelled on the product page, please refer back to the item page to see if your item(s) qualify for a return. For example (I acknowledge that installation of this product must be performed by a professional technician and electrical products are not refundable; self-installation can void the manufacturer’s warranty. or I acknowledge that this unit is final sale and non-refundable.)
For the benefit of our customers, we strive to process orders as soon as possible. As such, orders may be shipped from our warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately after they are placed. Due to difficulty of finding orders during the order fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes and/or cancellations once they have reached processing.
We ask that the clients review orders carefully prior to submission. In case a cancellation is required please contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that we are able to stop your order from leaving order processing to warehouse fulfillment. Please note that although we will do our best, we are not able to provide such a guarantee.
Items marked as “Special Order” cannot be cancelled.
